Our Balance Lamp relies on none of these mechanisms. The two balls in the wooden frames function as the lamp's switches. To turn on the lamp, you simply pull the resting lower ball upwards. The two balls will be drawn together magnetically, and when they reach a state of balance, the circuit connects and the lamp turns on. To switch off the lamp, one simply pulls the lower ball back down. It's a new and innovative way to brighten up your room!
